All team members undergo Enhanced DBS checks and are reference-checked before joining our team, with regular DBS checks thereafter.

We emphasize to our team the importance of site security; they are trained to sign in and out at site receptions. The team leader is charged with ensuring adherence to our straightforward gate policy: 'If you unlock a gate, lock it behind you.' It is the team leader's duty to ensure all gates are locked both during work and before leaving the site.
